When and where will the event take place?
The event will take place from July 3rd to 7th, on site at PariSanté Campus, and online from July 3rd to 5th
May I apply for a scholarship?
AI4Health does not offer any scholarship.
What language will be used during this event?
This event will take place in English.
What is included in the registration fees?
Registration fees include access to all sessions (plenary lectures and practical sessions) for on site participants, and access to plenary lectures for people participating remotely. All participants will receive a login and password after their payment confirmation. People participating remotely will be able to access live video streaming, and all participants will be able to access replays, through their user connection.
On site registration fees also include lunches and coffee breaks for the whole event, a cocktail dinner on Wednesday 5th July, a poster session, and a networking session with the event’s sponsors.
Who can apply?
Anyone with an interest in AI applied to health, preferentially with basic notions of ML.
How much does it cost?
What are the minimum skills to participate in the Summer School?
For on-site participants, basic knowledge in machine learning (using Python or any other language) is required, as this is necessary to attend the practical sessions.
For online participants, no technical skills are required
How can I do for my institution to pay for my registration?
When you pay for your registration, you will be able to provide your company’s billing details. It will be up to you to request reimbursement from your institution after payment.
May I cancel my registration and be refunded?
Registration is firm and final, no refund can be provided.
What can I do if I cannot come to Paris?
If you cannot come to Paris, you will be able to register only for remote participation, which includes plenary lectures held during the first three days, but does not include practical sessions.

Will there be a networking session planned?
Yes, if you participate onsite you will be able to network during the poster session.
How can I participate in the poster session?
All on-site participants will be able to attend the poster session. If you want to present a poster, you need to submit an abstract during the registration process. If your abstract is selected, you will be able to present your poster at the poster session. You will be required to print your poster (A0 in portrait orientation) and bring it on-site the day before the poster session.
When will I receive my participation certificate?
You will receive your participation certificate by email once the event is over, if you have participated in all mandatory sessions.
